Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement the order of the 2nd respondent made in the proceedings No.6048/B1/2015 dated 12.07.2022 and to disburse the arrears of salaries and allowances and all

terminal and retirement benefits due to the petitioner within the time limit as deem fit by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to implement the order of the second respondent in the proceedings No.6048/B1/2015 dated 12.07.2022 and to disburse the arrears of salaries and allowances and all terminal and retirement benefits.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to implement the order passed by the second respondent dated 12.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
