This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order passed in the above Writ Petition.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on 14.12.2010, the Court has granted only the notional benefit and that has to be modified as monetary benefit.

As the petitioner seeks modification with respect to the merits of the relief, that cannot be done by mere modification, but only by preferring a Writ Appeal.

Hence, I feel this Miscellaneous Petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
