When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per the conditions imposed on the petitioners order dated 12.01.2023, the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.21,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.410 of 2021 before the trial Court and the copy of the receipt has been enclosed.

3.The above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is recorded. Hence, no further order is required in this petition.
