O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu, viz., Ramkumar, Son of Narayana Pandi Nadar, aged about 39 years, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu in proceedings No.879/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 19.12.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the husband of the petitioner. 3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
