ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This is an anticipatory bail application. Petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police, has moved this petition. According to the prosecution, the petitioner had threatened the defacto complainant to enter into an agreement therefore, the complaint was given to take action against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 386 of IPC.

2. On notice, learned Public Prosecutor makes submissions, on instructions that, the very agreement said to have been entered into between the petitioner and the defacto complainant itself was cancelled and it was verified and confirmed by the respondent police.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

(i) That the petitioner in the event of arrest shall be released on bail on condition of his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial MagistrateIII, Puducherry and

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
