O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1-A)4(1)(b), 4(1)(g),4(1) (h) read with Section 7 and 11 of TN Rectified Spirit Rules and Section 468, 471 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.307 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.12655 of 2024 dated 06.06.2025 and hence, present petition seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner was imposed with a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- since there was a delay in depositing the said amount, he was not able to execute the sureties. Hence, present fresh petition is filed.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 12655 of 2024 dated 06.06.2025, two weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 29.01.2026 sma 2/3
