This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the second respondent has considered the objection petition filed by the petitioner and passed orders on 03.01.2024 stating that there is a dispute over the subject property between Page No.2/5

the petitioner and the third respondent and hence, the subject property would not be surveyed and measured. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also produced a copy of the order dated 03.01.2024 passed by the second respondent to that effect.
