(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/brother of the detenu Bahadaram @ Mohan, aged about 32 years, to cause production of his son before this Court and to set him at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The alleged detenu Bahadaram @ Mohan is appeared before this Court along with his brother, the petitioner herein. 3.On enquiry, the detenu Bahadaram @ Mohan told us that he is coming from Ponneri along with his brother/the petitioner herein and there is no illegal detention by anybody.
4.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
