This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue/petitioner has already been released prematurely by the Prison Authorities.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and the same stands closed. No costs.
