This petition has been filed to substitute the representative capacity of the writ petitioner as M/s.Vijay Pharmaceuticals, Rep.by its Power of Attorney Holder M.Ranganathan, Son of Late.Muthusamy, residing at No.5/5, Rayakotta Road, Opp to Agri A.D.office, Hosur, Krishnagiri "instead" of M/s.Vijay Pharmaceuticals, Rep.by its Partner and P.A.Holder, Mr.K.Ganesh, Son of Kannusamy, 'Kailasagiri' No.253, Salem Main Road, Next to LIC office, Krishnagiri - 635 001, as per the General Power of Attorney Deed dated 28.03.2021, in the pending above Writ Petition.

The above Writ Petition has been filed by the M/s.Vijay Pharmaceuticals, through his partner and he was represented by a Power of Attorney namely K.Ganesan by virtue of the Partnership Deed dated 17.05.1982. Subsequently, the said Ganesan said to have been retired from the partnership firm as per the retirement deed dated 28.03.2021. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

W.M.P.No.380 of 2023 in W.P.No.7828 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., nvi On the very same day, Mr.R.Muralidharan, Sole proprietor has executed the Power of Attorney in favour of Mr.M.Ranganathan and also documents have been produced for the same and hence, I am inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, W.M.P.No.380 of 2023 is ordered.

6. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks.

7. Post the matter on 21.03.2023.
