(1) Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

(2) The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of IA.No.621/2021 in OS.No.37/2021 pending on the file of the Tamil Nadu Wakf Tribunal.

(3) From the notes papers that has been produced, it is seen that the 1st respondent has also been heard and the matter has been posted for enquiry on the part of the 2nd respondent. In view of the fact that the application in IA.No.621/2021 is an application for injunction, there will be a direction to the Wakf Tribunal to dispose of IA.No.621/2021 in OS.No.37/2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order.
