ORDER

(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) Mr. K.J. Parthasarathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order passed in S.A.No.357 of 2021 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-1, Chennai before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, as per the provisions of section 18 of the SARFAESI Act. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the interim order granted by this Court on 07.01.2022 may be extended for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further period of two weeks. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed in S.A.No,357 of 2021 as per the provisions of section 18 of the SARFAESI Act. The interim order granted by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated 07.01.2022 is extended by two weeks. At the time of considering the petition for condonation of the delay, the Debt Recovery Appelalte Tribunal may consider the period from the date of filing of the Civil Revision Petition and today. i.e.. 24.02.2022. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
