JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing on 29.04.2025, the learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo stating that he had given change of vakalat to the appellant and permit him to withdraw his appearance. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to remove the name of the counsel on record and print the name of the appellant and post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 30.04.2025. Even today (30.04.2025), the appellant did not appear before this Court. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
