ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential

Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.290 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 12.12.2025, 11.11.2025 & 13.10.2025 in Crl.OP.Nos.34044 of 2025, 30664/2025 & 27785 of 2025 dismissed the petitioners' anticipatory bail petitions on the following reasons: " 4.Considering the fact that the huge quantity of 5000 kgs of PDS had been seized and the petitioner is the main accused and that he has involved in two previous cases and since there is no change of circumstances established before the court to revisit the earlier order, therefore this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners."

3. Considering the nature of the allegations and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of earlier anticipatory bail petitions, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
