The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the detenu had complied with the conditional order, dated 28.1.2015, passed by this Court. The said submission had not been refuted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-Police. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
