O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SLEVAM) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenus Kamatchi and Vetrivel, directing the respondents to cause production of his wife and son before this Court and to set them at liberty.

3.The detenue Kamatchi is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenue informs that she is now willing to join with her husband/the petitioner herein along with the child.

4.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention and that she is willing to go along with her husband/the petitioner herein, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered.

5.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
