Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 06.06.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.14385 of 2018 i.e., the petitioner report before the Inspector of Police, Saravanapatti Police Station, Coimbatore, daily at 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.HARIKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14385 of 2018 on 06.06.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14385 of 2018 on 06.06.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14385 of 2018 on 06.06.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
