O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(B) read with Section 4(1)© of TNP Amendment Act, 2024 in Crime No.384 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners are absconding in connection with seizure of 21 bottles of King Louis, 22 bottles of Keda Mark, 8 bottles of Juno Pink Vodka, 3 bottles of Imperial and 15 bottles of Lemon Bacardi, totally 69 bottles, each containing 180 ml, from A1 by name Ajay Nirmal. Based on the confession given by A1, from whom the contraband seized, these two petitioners are wanted in the case in Crime No.384 of 2025.

3. This is the fourth anticipatory bail petition. This Court earlier dismissed the petitioners' anticipatory bail thrice, however without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 12.02.2026 sma 2/4
