(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the above writ appeal in W.A.(SR).No.133826 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent made an objection by stating that the reasons stated in the affidavit would be insufficient to condone the delay of 45 days.

3. However this Court is of the considered opinion that the meagre delay in filing the writ appeal is to be considered for this condonation. Further, the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition would be sufficient to condone the delay.
