This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the amount of Rs.1,68,165/- towards bill amount of Rs.45,000/-; Rs.13,875 towards levelling charges paid to the owner of the bull dozers; Rs.4,290/- towards security deposit, Rs.5,000/- towards 5% on bill amount withheld by the fourth respondent and Rs.2,000/- towards sales tax amount and interest at the rate of 24% per annum totalling in all a sum of Rs.1,65,165/-.

ORDER

The writ petition, which is of the year 1999 had been listed for final disposal on various dates. When the matter came up on 12.09.2006, this Court passed the following order:- "No representation on either side. Post for dismissal on 13.09.2006."

Today, the matter has been listed under the caption "For dismissal". Today, when the matter is taken up for orders, there is no representation for the petitioner.
