Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.44 of 2016 pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Gingee, Villupuram District, has been amicably settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat held on 15.07.2022 in LAC.No.292 of 2022. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
