..Applicants/Petitioners Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 3085 days in filing inventory affidavit in O.P.No.51 of 2011.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This application has been filed to condone the delay of 3085 days in filing the inventory affidavit in O.P.No.51 of 2011.

2. By order dated 06.12.2012, this Court granted Letters of Administration in favour of the applicants/petitioners. In the said order, this Court directed the petitioners to submit the inventory of the assets within six months from the date of passing of the said order.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of this application No. 296 of 2022 seeking for condonation of delay, the applicants/petitioners have stated that there was no deliberate attempt on their part in not submitting the inventory affidavit in terms of the order dated 06.12.2012. According to them, they came to know about the same only now and therefore, in such circumstances, there is a delay of 3085 days in filing the inventory affidavit in O.P.No. 51 of 2012.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this Application No.296 of 2022. Accordingly, this

application is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is permitted to receive the inventory affidavit filed by the applicants/petitioners and take it on record. Sd/.A.Q.J.
