(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Though the petitioner seeks for a Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order of the 2nd respondent dated 14.12.2023, it is seen from the affidavit that the petitioner has filed an appeal against the said order before the 1st respondent and the said appeal is pending.

2. We therefore see no necessity to entertain this Writ Petition at this stage. However, with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
