ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention dated 24.10.2018 in Memo.No.962/BCDFGISSSV/2018, detaining her son as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.5570 Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 21.12.2018 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
