O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register and investigate the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.04.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one M/s. Sri Padma Balaji Steels Private Limited has deposited a sum of Rs.23,28,700/-(Rupees Twenty Three Lakhs and Twenty Eight Thousand and Seven Hundred Only) with total maturity value of Rs.34,52,928/-(Rupees Thirty Four Lakhs and Fifty Two Thousand and Nine Hundred Twenty Eight Only) through the Superintendent Engineer-I, Electricity Department, Puducherry. She further submitted that the connivance of the Bank officials, the said company has withdrawn the entire amount and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 23.04.2018, but so far no action has been taken in this case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore has not received any complaint from the petitioner.
