The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) stated that the Petitioner/A8 in C.C.No.2728 of 2023 pending before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore.
2. The charge sheet had been filed against the Petitioner showing the Petitioner as an absconding Accused. It is also stated that a Non-Bailable Warrant is also pending against the Petitioner.
3. In view of that particular fact, the application seeking anticipatory bail would not lie.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
