This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3154 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.17747 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25553 of 2022 to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates.
