Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed by this Honble Court directing petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed on 11.06.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.13987 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.CHINNARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13987 of 2018 dated 11.06.2018.
2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent has completed the investigation and has filed final report and the case has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.18 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur and the case stands posted on 06.08.2018.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13987 of 2018 dated 11.06.2018 to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur, on 06.08.2018 in P.R.C.No.18 of 2018, and thereafter, on all hearing dates, without fail, unless his absence is condoned by filing a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
