This matter is posted "For Being Mentioned" on the request of the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, since the bill of cost filed by him has not been included in the decree drafted by the Registry.

2. It is stated that the Judgment in A.S.No.121 of 2013 was delivered on 10.03.2022. The appeal was dismissed with costs in favour of the 1st respondent. The cost memo dated 16.03.2022 filed in the Registry on 17.03.2022, however, it has not been placed while drafting the decree. Hence the decree copy does not reflect the costs.

3. On verifying the records, this Court finds that the decree is to be re-drafted in view of the omission of the costs, though the cost memo filed on time. Therefore, the Registry is directed to re-issue the decree copy as re-drafted. 22.11.2022 rpl 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
