ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) and 326(a) of BNS in Crime No.172 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier this Court vide order dated 06.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30185 of 2025, had dismissed the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners with the following observations:
"3.Though, it is stated that other accused who are arrested and released on bail, this petitioner is indulged in a syndicate of illegally quarrying sand in small quantities, and later stores it in other places and sell it at huge profits, and thereby damages the ecology and river bed. It is also stated in the FIR that they quarried the sand from the 'Palar' river, which is a lifeline of various districts. Hence, if the anticipatory bail is granted, they will indulge in similar activities. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."
3. Now the petitioners has filed this third anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstance, hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
