This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.587 of 2015, dated 09.02.2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that F.I.R in Crime No.587 of 2015 has been investigated and filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.166 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and the same was ended in acquittal by order dated 02.01.2019. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
