2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the proceedings in Crl.RC.Nos.4 and 5 of 2014 has been disposed of before the Principle District and Sessions Court,Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu on 11.08.2016. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
