NO. 304/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the one of the condition (c) imposed on him to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. daily until further orders by order in Crl.OP.No.18227 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.K.S.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18227 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 18227 of 2020 dated 09.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
