This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 29.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.5082 of 2023 to report before the Special Court on every first working day of the week at 10.30 a.m and on every hearing.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court, on the first working day of every month, apart from the court hearing dates, until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
