ORDER
Seeking a direction to the third respondent to alter the F.I.R., in Crime No.47 of 2015 which was referred u/s 174(3) Cr.P.C., and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that during investigation the F.I.R., has been altered by the third respondent police and the following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sections have been added:- "Sections 366A, 294(b), 305 I.P.C ;
Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act."
4.The said statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
