O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking modification of the bail condition imposed on 22.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.24384 of 2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai.

2. The petitioner was granted bail on 22.11.2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.24384 of 2019 and one of the bail condition stipulated was that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to fear the petitioner unable to report before the respondent police and he is ready to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition imposed by the Court below.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court modifies the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.24384 of 2019, dated 22.11.2019 to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
