ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 302, 149 of IPC Section 25(1) (a) of Arms Act in Crime No.95 of 2002 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C No.12 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur and it is pending for committal. He would further submit that this court may direct the petitioner/accused to surrender before the trial court and file an appropriate petition to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the question of granting anticipatory bail does not at all arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and file an appropriate petition to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
