This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records in Crime No.4 of 2013 on the file of the first Respondent police and quash the same.
2.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has completed the investigation and charge sheet has been filed on 27.04.2013 and and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.75 of 2013, which is pending trial on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Panruti on 07.06.2013, for the offences under Section 498A, 352 of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Indian Penal Code and Section 6(2) of DP Act and Section 4 & 6 (ii) of the TNPWH Act. In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.
3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
