J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the Plaintiff submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 26.04.2001 passed in the above Suit, there was an order of attachment of the property morefully set out in the Suit schedule.

Learned counsel for the Plaintiff further submitted that subsequent thereto, an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties, and hence, on instructions, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle that the matter has been settled out of Court.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there will be no order as to costs.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the order of attachment, if any, shall be lifted by the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar. 27.02.2019 Note to Registry:
