This Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.198 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sulur Police Station the third respondent herein to CBCID, Coimbatore District 2.From the year 2017 onwards, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment and at his request repeatedly, the case was adjourned for the past four years.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, again the petitioner seeks adjournment, which shows that the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not interested in proceeding the matter further. 4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
