ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the respondents in complying the order dated 20.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.20999 of 2021.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents placed a copy of the Government Order in G.O(3D) No.38, Agriculture - Farmers Welfare (AA.7) Department, dated 12.04.2023, wherein, the order of suspension imposed against the petitioner is revoked.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the order of this Court is complied with.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on both sides and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. 2/4
