This petition has been filed to extend time limit for mediation as per the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.29858 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024 till 1st week of February.

3. It is represented that the mediation has not been completed and extension has been sought for to conduct mediation.

4. This petition is ordered and accordingly, time is extended by further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order for completion of mediation between the parties and the matter shall be referred back to this Court after completion of mediation. The parties shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court on 03.02.2025.
