ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to extend the time to surrender the passport of the petitioner before the concerned Court as ordered by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P.No.19397 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 19397 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020 with some conditions. Since his passport was impounded by the Airport Authorities, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within a stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender the " Passport Impounded Slip" as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the copy of this order is made ready.
