The present petition has been filed seeking to relax the conditional order i.e. 7(a) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders without fail in Crl.O.P.No.26459 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court under NDPS Act, Salem, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
