CR NO.1459/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to stay at Dharmapuri and report before the B-1 Town Police Station, Dharmapuri on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, by an order dated 09.12.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No. 23994 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAJAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 23994 of 2021, dated 19.12.2021.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed.
