This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 20.07.2023 in Crl.MP.No.9862 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
