ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29885 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29885 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
