O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No.742/2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/ defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. In order to identify themselves, the 2nd respondent/ de-facto complainant and husband of the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz., 1.L.Tamilarasi - 495048730630 and 2.Lakshmikanth - 215583970465 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, the petitioners as well as the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 28.11.2017 is also filed to the effect that she has no objection to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 742 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent.

5. Recording the same, the F.I.R in Crime No. 742 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.

6. The affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 28.11.2017 shall form part of the order. 28.11.2017 Index:Yes/No Internet : Yes/No ak To
