Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.no. 13484 of 2018 dated 21.06.2018 i.e the Petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Avadi Police Station, Thiruvallur District, daily at 10.30 AM until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13484 of 2018 dated 21.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13484 of 2018 dated 21.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
