O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report on the petitioner complaint dated 15.12.2021 pending on his file and pass such other suitable orders.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had sent a complaint through post on 20.12.2021, thereafter no action has been taken.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is a Nurse, who had made serious allegations against the Doctor. The petitioner had sent a complaint through post and the same was received by the respondent police. The petitioner was called for enquiry to ascertain the veracity of the complaint. But failed to appear before the respondent police. Notice was affixed in the petitioner's residence informing about the enquiry.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner would appear before the respondent police on 20.01.2022.

5.Considering the submissions and on perusal of materials, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police along with the copy of the complaint and other documents in support of her complaint and to give her statement without fail on 20.01.2022. Thereafter, appropriate action would be taken by the respondent police.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
